Product Manager - Payments (Igaming)

RELOCATION TO GERMANY

Location: Karlsruhe. Relocation support to Karlsruhe is provided.

Own the full lifecycle of payment products and features from discovery to release and performance optimisation.
Define Epics and User Stories, guiding development teams in a fast‑paced Agile environment.
Drive strategic development of Tipico’s payment platform, including integration of new payment methods and PSPs.
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, business, and compliance teams to ensure accurate requirements, prioritisation, and regulatory alignment.
Own the customer payment journeys with the team, monitor and improve the key KPIs and conversion rates.
Specify and monitor non‑functional requirements such as reliability, latency, fraud‑related KPIs, and transaction‑success performance.

Solid experience in payments product management, ideally including PSPs, APMs, banking rails, settlement flows, and reconciliation fundamentals.
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with payment orchestration platforms (routing logic, cascading, retries).
Experience working with payment gateway integrations.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as KYC/KYD, AML, PSD2, SCA, safeguarding, and market-specific rules.
Ability to drive technical discussions with architects, developers, and risk/compliance stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile development environment with complex backend systems.
