What you will do

  • Coordinate product release timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations across the product portfolio.
  • Manage change and risk by evaluating schedule shifts and maintaining detailed change logs to ensure delivery momentum.
  • Streamline customer and stakeholder communications, including release notes, compatibility matrices, and administrator guidance.
  • Administer LMS and certification platforms, managing the end-to-end publication of training content and certifications.
  • Develop operational dashboards using Power BI to track learner engagement, project KPIs, and release health.
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows to accelerate documentation and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing release schedules and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency with Jira, Aha, Power BI, and Zendesk.
  • Experience administering LMS and certification system configurations and integrations.
  • Business-level fluency in English with strong writing and structuring skills for status reports.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in designing effective AI prompts and AI-assisted workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Experience in learning or education project management.
