What you will do
- Build and manage a comprehensive tasking framework for internal teams and external vendors.
- Own the end-to-end execution of merchandise drops to ensure on-time delivery of products and assets.
- Collaborate with the Head of Merch to plan pipelines, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors to oversee production, design, and fulfillment without delays.
- Monitor daily progress to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep launches on schedule.
- Develop and optimize scalable workflows to support repeatable e-commerce business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in entertainment, gaming, or creative agencies.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- World-class communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency with task management tools such as Notion or Asana.
