Business Development Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must have the right to work in Cyprus or be willing to relocate to Cyprus

International financial group managing over €350M in assets across Cyprus, UAE, Switzerland, and the USA.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify potential HNW/UHNW clients, entrepreneurs, and family offices.
  • Present the ecosystem of wealth management, digital assets, and corporate solutions.
  • Analyze client investment objectives and risk profiles to pass qualified leads to Relationship Managers.
  • Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships through complex sales cycles.
  • Manage CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within financial services.
  • Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken).
  • Right to work in Cyprus or willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with affluent clients.
  • Self-starter mindset with a results-oriented and organized approach.

Nice to have

  • CySEC certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Existing network of HNW/UHNW individuals or private banking professionals.
  • Exposure to digital assets or alternative investments.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
