Looking for a Frontend Tech Lead
🔥 Key requirements (critical):
- Experience working in product companies B2C 6+ years.
- Technical leadership for 2+ years.
- Developing at least one product for 3+ years.
- Experience with frontend infrastructure (shared libraries, webpack/vite, ESLint, Jest, RTL, Playwright).
- React/Redux, SOLID/GRASP, deep knowledge of JS/TS.
- Performance (Core Web Vitals, optimizing long tasks).
- A/B testing.
- English B2 - for communication within the product team (international company).
- Outside Russia and Belarus or relocation
Salary: from €6,000 - candidate expectations will be considered.
