What you will do

• Launch new products on Product Hunt and manage content production.
• Execute SEO strategies to reach 50k monthly organic traffic.
• Test new marketing channels and drive 10x growth through creative initiatives.
• Manage marketing analytics and GTM strategies to optimize CAC, LTV, and ROMI.
• Build and lead a marketing team from the ground up.
• Utilize no-code tools like Webflow to implement and edit marketing assets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within talent marketplaces.
• Strong data-driven mindset with deep expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Proven experience in scaling SEO through content or programmatic approaches.
• Proficiency in Semrush, Webflow, Hubspot, Airtable, and Figma.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Must be willing to relocate to Palo Alto, US.
