What you will do

  • Communicate effectively with payment providers to resolve issues.
  • Review system logs to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Execute basic SQL queries against databases to investigate transaction data.
  • Participate in integration processes for new clients and channels.
  • Test payment functionality to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in processing, banking, or the fintech payments industry.
  • Ability to understand and work with client and provider APIs.
  • Proficiency in reviewing logs and running basic database queries.
  • English: B2 level required for written communication.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
