Location: Remote with the option to relocate to Dubai. Preferred time zones: Europe, CIS, or Dubai-adjacent.

What you will do

• Design and implement new market links and connectivity tools.
• Improve and maintain existing high-load, low-latency C++ applications.
• Actively reduce latency to optimize trading performance.
• Ensure operational excellence and reliability of systems as they scale.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and trading teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience in modern C++.
• Experience with high-load, low-latency systems.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (REST, Websockets) and FIX protocol.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Python, and Kafka.
