Leading trading broker handling 40M+ trades a day with 2,000+ people across 13 countries serving 1M+ clients worldwide.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions and reports
Define, standardize, and maintain key business metrics and KPIs across teams
Analyze data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities, proposing actionable solutions
Build, test, and maintain scalable data models, datasets, and intuitive dashboards using Tableau
Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and automate reporting processes
Validate hypotheses, monitor KPIs, and deliver visually compelling insights for decision-making

English proficiency (check if needed)
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
5+ years in BI: data analysis, visualization, reporting automation, full-cycle dashboard development
Strong SQL and analytical databases (Vertica, ClickHouse, Trino, Starrocks)
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, dimensional modeling, metric governance, self-service analytics
Solid data analysis methods, basic statistics; understanding of AI/LLM in analytics
