Content Designer (Fintech)
Location: Must be based in the UAE (Relocation is supported)

Ziina is a consumer financial platform building a full-stack finance product for the Middle East market.
What you will do
- Audit existing content and establish a systematic approach to customer communication and terminology.
- Take full ownership of all in-product copy, from onboarding and error states to the Help Center and Support macros.
- Define and evolve the brand's voice and tone using user research and cultural insights.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build user scenarios directly within Figma.
- Create AI-assisted content workflows, including prompt libraries and tooling to scale quality.
- Support brand and marketing writing initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy.
- Proven track record of building content systems, such as terminology frameworks and voice/tone guidelines.
- Experience working on consumer products, fintech, or other high-trust environments.
- Proficiency in Figma for contributing to flows, annotations, and design critiques.
- A portfolio is required, demonstrating systemic thinking and decision-making processes.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to the UAE.
Nice to have
- Experience as a founding content hire building a function from the ground up.
- Expertise in developing AI-assisted content workflows.
- Arabic language proficiency.
