Team Leader for MS365 (.NET)
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Remote/Hybrid)

What you will do
- Supervise day-to-day operations and establish communication processes within the team.
- Analyze and define business requirements in collaboration with product management.
- Develop new backend product features using the latest .NET stack.
- Estimate implementation efforts, costs, and capacity for new features.
- Lead technical decision-making and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and maintain a motivating atmosphere.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proven experience as a team leader for a group of 4-5 developers.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency sufficient for communication with international teams.
