Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

RELOCATION TO FRANCE (SPONSORED) OR REMOTE EU

Location: Must be based in the EU with working rights. Hybrid option available in Paris (Bourse) or remote within Europe. Sponsorship available for relocation to France only.

Compensation: €100,000 – €130,000 + Equity

What you will do

Own complex technical initiatives from discovery through production.
Drive architectural decisions for savings and banking platforms.
Collaborate with Product and Design to influence technical direction.
Ship high-quality, scalable, and reliable systems daily.
Ensure system reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
Lead improvements across infrastructure, security, and developer tooling.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Must be based in the EU with valid working rights.
Strong architectural and distributed systems fundamentals.
Experience building highly-available and resilient APIs.
Experience in cloud-native and microservices environments.
High ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously.

Nice to have

Experience in fintech or regulated environments.
Proficiency in French.
