Case: comprehensive marketing work on Instagram for a coffee shop chain

My team and I worked on the development of an Instagram account for a coffee shop chain in a small town.

— Analysis of the audience, its needs, interests. Drawing up a portrait of the audience to which the content will be directed.

— Development of coffee shop positioning and account management concept. At that time, the main buyers of this business were families and people over 30 living in residential areas. The company wanted to open new points in the city center and attract young people who actively bought drinks from competitors.
