The Role of Deputy CEO

Responsibilities:

• Overall operational management of the company (analytics, goal setting, planning, execution control);
• Ensuring stable development and product quality of the company;
• Ensuring the efficiency of all company processes;
• Cost optimization and improvement of project profitability;
• Budget approval and coordination, as well as monitoring their implementation;
• Integrating tasks from the CEO into the company departments' processes and controlling the completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in management positions (sectors: Retail / E-commerce / IT / other industries with a high level of technological advancement);
• High intelligence, systematic thinking, and broad outlook;
• High energy level, proactiveness;
• "Versatility" – the ability to quickly understand a new business area and implement effective approaches;
• Willingness to dive deeply into processes/details, engaging in the work of subordinates from the ground up;
• Persistence in achieving goals and the ability to see tasks through to completion;
• Education: higher degree in mathematics/physics/engineering/economics;
• Experience in managing your own startup will be a plus.
