Huobi staking guide

Staking is a way of passive earnings, in which users store coins on the Proof of Stake (PoS) algorithm and ensure the blockchain remains operational. This gives them the right to make a profit. Such opportunities are only available to cryptocurrencies that operate on PoS. In the future PoS algorithm, implement the largest altcoin Ethereum in terms of capital.

Staking completely replaces mining and makes it possible to use new blocks without using large computing power. Staking is all about blockchain and network support. For this, holders of digital coins receive a reward. The more tokens a holder has, the more likely he is to become the creator of a new block.

How does it work?
Staking is widespread among networks that use Proof of Stake (PoS) or one of its types. Unlike Proof of Work (PoW) blockchains, which rely entirely on mining to validate and validate new blocks, PoS chains do this through staking. This allows the system to develop and validate new blocks without the use of special hardware (ASIC). Thus, instead of competing to mine the next block through heavy computational work, PoS validators are chosen based on the number of coins that are in the system, in the stake. Also, blocking with staking allows for increased scalability.

Huobi grants their users to stake:

Staking Rules

1.Staking is a chain contract service. Huobi only offers technical channels. 2.After staking, assets will be frozen in your Huobi account and cannot be traded. 3.The revenue comes from validator rewards. APY will fluctuate according to actual income. 4.Time required to withdraw staking is based on chain rules. No earnings will be accumulated during the period. 5.Earnings will start to accumulate on T+1 and be distributed on T+2.

1) Desktop version

1. Follow the link - https://www.huobi.com/en-us/staking/vote (Press "Finance" and in the drop-down menu select "staking")

2. You will find such a page with active staking pools. In our case, it is Casper (CSPR). So, press "Stake now"

Est. APY - indicates the total amount of interest you earn over one year, assuming you do not add or withdraw funds for the entire year)
100 CSPR Est. Earnings/d - earnings in CSPR paid for every 100 CSPR staked

3. You have to put in an amount of CSPR you would like to stake and press "stake now" button. By the way, here you can find info about NodeName, NodeRanking, NodeCpu, NodeAddress, NodeUrl and NodeMemory.

If you would like to check your staking or withdraw it: press the button "My votes". There you can find the amount staked and the possibility to withdraw what have you staked

2) Mobile version

1. Go to the gome page and find the icon "more"
