David Kaup - Beverage Operations
David Kaup handles all guest complaints, working with the staff to ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience, and working the floor during meal hours in order to greet and interact with guests. He also takes suggestions from guests and analyses trends in preferences for making changes or improvements to a particular area of the restaurant. David Kaup’s aim is to ensure top-quality service and products which is what increases the establishment’s recognition, customer affluence, and, eventually, profits.
