User Agreement 16.05.2026
1. General Provisions
By using and purchasing any digital goods or services, the user automatically agrees to these rules and conditions. The site administration reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.
2. Digital Goods and Product Lifecycle
All presented goods are digital and provided in an electronic format. After successful payment and activation, the product is considered fully received. You purchase access to the product in its current working condition for its lifetime. The administration does not guarantee the software's operability if the game developers radically change the file system.
3. Risk Notification and Security Status
The use of the software is solely at your own discretion and at your own risk. Although the method of applying skins via VPK files has never been blocked by the developers, this does not guarantee 100% security. In any game where third-party software is used, a ban is possible. The administration is not responsible for any consequences, including the ban of your game account.
4. Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds or exchanges for another product are not provided.
Refunds are NOT issued in the following cases:
- You have already received the product, logged into the software, or bound your HWID (launched the software).
- You changed your mind after purchase, chose the wrong subscription plan, or did not understand how to use the product.
- Your PC or OS specifications do not meet the stated technical requirements.
- Your game account was banned (regardless of the reason).
- The skinchanger is temporarily down due to game updates or maintenance.
A refund may be considered on an exceptional basis ONLY if:
- The product was not activated by you.
- Delivery of the product is technically impossible due to the administration's fault.
5. HWID Reset Policy
HWID resets are only available for LifeTime subscriptions, unless otherwise stated on the product page. HWID resets are not provided for temporary subscriptions (1 day / 7 days / 30 days, etc.). The administration reserves the right to deny a reset if account sharing is suspected.
6. User Responsibility and Prohibited Actions
The user is fully responsible for their account security, maintaining access to Steam, and their device. It is strictly prohibited to:
- Transfer access to the account or subscription to third parties (resale, account sharing).
- Distribute files, keys, or project loaders.
- Attempt to bypass security systems, modify the software, or harm the service infrastructure.
Any violation will result in a permanent account ban without a refund.
7. Software Technical Protection and Antiviruses
Our software is protected by advanced cryptographic algorithms and anti-tamper systems (protectors).
- Antiviruses: Due to the nature of these protective mechanisms, some antivirus programs or Windows Defender may trigger False Positives on project files. For the software to work correctly, you must add it to your antivirus exclusions.
- Hacking Attempts: Any attempts at reverse engineering, debugging, memory dumping, unpacking, or other interference with the software are strictly monitored. If you trigger the protective mechanisms due to an attempt to analyze or hack the program, your account and HWID will be permanently banned without the possibility of a refund.
8. Service Availability
The administration does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service operation. Maintenance, server updates, or game patches may temporarily affect the product's functionality. Compensation for subscription time is provided solely at the administration's discretion.
9. Support
For all technical or financial questions, users can seek help through the official support channels (Telegram) listed in the dashboard on the website.
10. Regional restrictions and network access
Due to the peculiarities of the work of Internet providers and state blocking of resources (in particular, on the territory of the Russian Federation), direct access to the project's servers may be limited. For the correct download, authorization and operation of the software, the user may need to independently use tools to bypass network restrictions (such as VPN services, GoodbyeDPI, Zapret and their analogues). It is entirely up to the user to ensure a stable Internet connection with the project's servers.
The administration is not responsible for the lack of access to the service caused by network blocks on the part of the Internet provider. The impossibility of connecting to the project's servers due to local Internet restrictions is not the fault of the administration and does not serve as a basis for a refund.
