OINK VPN PRIVACY POLICY

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy governs the processing and protection of user data when using the Oink VPN Telegram bot β @oink_VPN_bot β and the VPN services associated with it.
1.2. By using the Service, including launching the bot, obtaining trial access, paying for a subscription, receiving configurations, and using VPN access, the User confirms their agreement with this Policy.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must stop using the Service.
2. What Data May Be Processed
2.1. As part of operating the Service, the following data may be processed:
- Telegram identifiers, including user_id, username, profile name, and other data available to the bot through the Telegram API;
- data about trial and paid subscriptions;
- data required to issue, renew, display, and terminate VPN access;
- payment data via Telegram Stars;
- data related to promo codes, the referral system, and partner rewards;
- technical logs related to the operation of the Service, error processing, and payment events.
2.2. In order to provide VPN access, the Service may store, in particular:
- technical identifiers of the VPN client;
- client_uuid;
- vless_uri;
- subscription_url;
- sub_id;
- technical email / client identifier in the VPN panel;
- access issue date;
- access expiration date;
- information about the plan, trial period, renewal, and subscription status.
2.3. When processing payments, the Service may process:
- the fact of payment;
- amount;
- currency;
- internal payment identifiers;
- payment status;
- information required for subscription renewal, reversal of an operation, or refund.
2.4. As part of the referral and partner system, the Service may process:
- information about who invited the user;
- the fact that a referral link was used;
- the fact of the invited userβs first successful payment;
- bonus days;
- partner rewards, if the partner program is enabled by the Administration for a specific user.
3. What Data the Service Is Not Intended to Store
3.1. The Service is not intended to store the content of the Userβs internet traffic.
3.2. The Service does not declare the complete absence of any technical records, since certain data about users, subscriptions, payments, configurations, bonuses, and system events are retained for the proper operation of the bot, access renewal, support, abuse prevention, and payment processing.
3.3. The Service does not request passport data, documents, or other data not necessary for the normal operation of the Telegram bot and VPN subscription, unless otherwise required by law.
4. Purposes of Data Processing
4.1. Data is processed for the following purposes:
- registering and identifying the User in the bot;
- providing trial and paid VPN access;
- issuing, renewing, updating, restricting, and disabling VPN configurations;
- displaying configurations and subscription links;
- processing payments via Telegram Stars;
- accounting for bonuses, referral rewards, and partner payouts;
- sending notifications about the upcoming expiration or actual expiration of trial access;
- user support;
- diagnosing errors and ensuring the stable operation of the Service;
- preventing abuse, including repeated bad-faith use of the trial;
- performing the User Agreement;
- complying with applicable law.
5. Trial Access and Referral Mechanics
5.1. Oink VPN may provide trial access as follows:
- 72 hours (3 days) β standard trial period;
- 120 hours (5 days) β if the User joined via a valid referral link.
5.2. Trial access is generally granted only once per Telegram ID, except in cases expressly determined by the Administration.
5.3. If the User has an active paid subscription, the button for obtaining trial access may be temporarily hidden until the paid period ends.
5.4. Notifications may be used for trial access expiration, including notices 48 hours, 24 hours, and 3 hours before expiration, as well as a message after the trial period has expired.
5.5. Within the referral system:
- a User may have only one referrer;
- the referrer link is assigned only once and cannot be changed after it is set;
- self-referral is not allowed;
- for the invited userβs first successful payment, the referrer may receive +3 days of access;
- this bonus is credited only once for each invited user;
- in the event of a payment refund, the related referral bonus may be canceled or adjusted.
6. Data Retention
6.1. User data and subscription data may be stored in the Serviceβs internal database, as well as in technical components required to manage VPN access.
6.2. Deleting a VPN client from the VPN panel does not mean automatic deletion of all related records from the Serviceβs internal database.
6.3. Data is stored for the period necessary for:
- providing services;
- maintaining subscription history;
- processing payments;
- operating the referral and partner system;
- handling requests and inquiries;
- preventing abuse;
- fulfilling technical, accounting, and legal obligations.
7. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
7.1. The Service does not sell User data to third parties.
7.2. Data may be transferred to or become accessible to third parties only to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Service, including:
- Telegram as the interaction platform;
- Telegram Stars payment mechanisms;
- server and VPN infrastructure;
- hosting and technical providers;
- authorized authorities β in cases ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠΌΠΎΡΡΠ΅Π½Π½ΡΡ applicable law.
8. Security
8.1. The Administration takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, blocking, destruction, copying, and distribution.
8.2. At the same time, the User understands that data transmission over the internet and data storage in digital infrastructure cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.3. The User is solely responsible for the security of their device, Telegram account, received configurations, keys, and subscription links.
9. User Rights
9.1. The User has the right to contact the Administration regarding:
- obtaining general information about the data being processed;
- correcting clearly inaccurate data;
- deleting data if its further storage is not required for the provision of services, payment records, abuse prevention, or compliance with the law.
9.2. The Administration has the right to refuse deletion of part of the data if its retention is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Service.
10. Changes to the Policy
10.1. The Administration has the right to amend this Policy at any time.
10.2. The new version enters into force from the moment it is published in the bot or through another official Oink VPN channel.
10.3. Continued use of the Service after publication of a new version means that the User agrees to the changes.
