OINK VPN USER AGREEMENT
Effective Date: [Monday, March 16, 2026]
1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement governs the use of the Oink VPN Telegram bot β @oink_VPN_bot β and the related functions for providing VPN access.
1.2. By starting to use the Service, including launching the bot, obtaining trial access, making a payment, receiving a configuration, a subscription link, or otherwise using the functionality, the User confirms their full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
1.3. The Administration of the Service has the right to change the functionality, interface, pricing, trial access terms, and the referral and partner program terms without prior individual notice to the User.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Service provides the User with the technical ability to:
- obtain trial VPN access;
- purchase paid access;
- receive a configuration or subscription link;
- track the subscription expiration date;
- use promo codes, if available;
- participate in the referral system;
- receive support regarding the operation of the bot and the subscription.
3. Trial Access
3.1. Standard trial access is provided for 72 hours (3 days).
3.2. A User who joined through a valid referral link may receive trial access for 120 hours (5 days).
3.3. Trial access is granted once per Telegram ID, unless expressly established otherwise by the Administration.
3.4. Self-referral for obtaining trial access is prohibited.
3.5. If the User has an active paid subscription, the ability to obtain trial access may be temporarily hidden until the paid period expires.
3.6. Trial access is provided subject to the limitations in effect at the time it is issued, including:
3.7. The Administration has the right to refuse to grant trial access, terminate it, or deny repeated access if abuse is detected.
4. Paid Subscriptions
4.1. Paid access is provided under the terms and pricing indicated in the Oink VPN bot.
4.2. The subscription period, expiration date, and other parameters are determined by the Serviceβs internal system.
4.3. After successful payment, the Service provides the User with digital access in the form of a configuration, a subscription link, renewal of existing access, or another equivalent activation method.
5. Referral and Partner System
5.1. The User may participate in the referral system under the terms in effect at the time of using the bot.
5.2. A User may have only one referrer. Once assigned, it cannot be changed.
5.3. A User may not designate themselves as their own referrer.
5.4. For the invited userβs first successful payment, the referrer receives +3 days of access.
5.5. The bonus for an invited user is credited only once. Repeated payments by the same invited user do not grant any additional bonus.
5.6. Bonus days are cumulative. If they cannot be applied immediately for technical reasons, they may be saved for later use.
5.7. A partner program with monetary rewards applies only to users for whom it has been separately enabled by the Administration.
5.8. In the event of a refund, the Administration has the right to reverse the related referral bonus and partner reward in whole or in part.
6. Rules of Use
6.1. The User must use the Service only in a lawful manner.
6.2. It is prohibited to use the Service for:
- fraud;
- phishing;
- spam;
- distribution of malware;
- unauthorized access to systems;
- attacks on networks, services, and infrastructure;
- infringement of copyrights and other rights of third parties;
- resale of access, unless permitted by the Administration;
- transfer of configurations, keys, or subscription links to third parties in violation of the Service rules;
- abuse of the trial, referral system, refunds, promo codes, or other bot mechanics.
6.3. The User is solely responsible for all actions performed using their configurations, subscription links, and access to the Service.
7. Restriction, Suspension, and Termination of Access
7.1. The Administration has the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the Userβs access to the Service in the event of:
- expiration of the trial or paid period;
- a refund;
- violation of this Agreement;
- abuse of the trial period;
- abuse of the referral or partner system;
- transfer of access to third parties;
- suspicion of fraud;
- technical necessity;
- compliance with the requirements of the law or the payment platform.
7.2. Restriction of access may include, among other things, deactivation, shortening the validity period, disabling, or removing VPN access.
8. Payments
8.1. Subscription payments are made through Telegram Stars, unless otherwise expressly specified in the bot.
8.2. The cost of plans, access periods, and subscription parameters are indicated in the bot and form part of this Agreement.
8.3. The obligation to provide paid access is deemed fulfilled from the moment the User is actually granted access, the subscription is renewed, or a configuration or subscription link is issued.
9. Refunds
9.1. Refunds are considered on an individual basis, unless otherwise expressly specified in the bot or in a separate refund policy.
9.2. After digital access has actually been granted, a refund may be limited or denied, except in cases of a technical failure or other mandatory grounds.
9.3. In the event of a refund, the Administration has the right to shorten the subscription period, disable access, cancel bonus days, and reverse related partner rewards.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Service is provided on an βAS ISβ basis.
10.2. The Administration does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted operation;
- absence of errors;
- any particular speed;
- compatibility with all devices;
- continuous availability of all servers;
- access to any specific websites, applications, or resources.
10.3. The Administration is not liable for:
- failures of Telegram, servers, VPN infrastructure, or network providers;
- actions of third parties;
- damage caused by the use of or inability to use the Service;
- loss of data, profit, or reputation;
- consequences of the User sharing access with other persons;
- the Userβs actions on the internet.
11. Privacy
11.1. The use of the Userβs data is governed by the Oink VPN Privacy Policy.
11.2. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
12. Amendments to the Agreement
12.1. The Administration has the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
12.2. The new version enters into force from the moment of publication.
12.3. Continued use of the Service means that the User agrees to the new version.
