PUBLIC OFFER / PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS OF OINK VPN
Public Offer for the Provision of Digital Access to Oink VPN

1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes a public offer and governs the terms for providing the User with paid digital access to the Oink VPN service through the Telegram bot @oink_VPN_bot.
1.2. Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur when the User pays for the selected plan using a payment method available in the bot.
1.3. From the moment of payment, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of this offer in full.
2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The Administration undertakes to provide the User with digital access to Oink VPN for a period corresponding to the selected plan, and the User undertakes to pay for such access.
2.2. Access may be provided in the form of:
- a VPN configuration;
- a subscription link;
- renewal of existing access;
- activation of a subscription in the bot system.
3. Procedure for Providing Access
3.1. Access is provided automatically after confirmation of successful payment.
3.2. The service is deemed rendered from the moment the User is actually provided with a configuration, a subscription link, renewal of existing access, or activation of a subscription in the Oink VPN system.
3.3. If access was not provided due to technical reasons on the Serviceβs side, the User has the right to contact support.
4. Price and Payment
4.1. The cost of plans is indicated directly in the Oink VPN bot.
4.2. Payment is made through Telegram Stars, unless otherwise separately specified by the Administration.
4.3. The Administration has the right to change plan prices, the scope of services, and subscription durations. Such changes do not apply to an already paid period unless otherwise specified in the terms of a specific plan or promotion.
5. Refunds
5.1. Since the Service provides digital access, refunds are generally not issued after access has been actually provided and activated.
5.2. A refund may be considered on an individual basis in the following cases:
- if access was not actually provided;
- if a renewal was not applied;
- if a technical failure occurred due to the fault of the Service;
- if an erroneous or duplicate charge occurred;
- if a refund is required under applicable law or the rules of the payment platform.
5.3. To request a refund review, the User must contact support: @fuf33l.
5.4. If a refund is approved, the Administration has the right to:
- terminate or shorten previously provided access;
- disable VPN access;
- cancel bonus days;
- reverse referral bonuses and partner rewards related to the relevant payment.
6. Restrictions and Termination of Access
6.1. The Administration has the right to refuse service, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if the User violates the rules for using Oink VPN.
6.2. Grounds may include, among other things:
- resale of access;
- transfer of configurations to third parties in violation of the rules;
- fraudulent payments;
- abuse of trial access;
- abuse of the referral or partner system;
- other actions creating a risk to the Serviceβs infrastructure.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, constant speed, compatibility with all devices, or the availability of all servers at any given time.
7.2. The Administration is not liable for the inability to use the Service for reasons beyond its control, including the actions of Telegram, server infrastructure, the VPN panel, network providers, and the actions of the User themselves.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This offer remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
8.2. The Administration has the right to amend this offer at any time by publishing a new version.
8.3. The current version of the offer is published in the Oink VPN bot or through another official channel of the Service.
