❓ What does it mean to be an early investor?

💬 To be an early investor means to invest in the project before its public offering. Almost every start-up before its official launch raises money in several steps - rounds. The earlier round - the cheaper token price will be.

Usually, basic round gradation includes three rounds: seed, private, and public. Seed round has the cheapest token price, but the longest vesting. Public round has vesting several times shorter than seed and private, but the price is equal to exchange listing price. Private round is the golden mean: price is 30-50% cheaper than public, but vesting not so long as seed.

DeLa Capital mostly enters in private rounds, providing most comfortable deal terms to its investors.

❓How much profit can I take?

❓How do you search for projects?

💬 There are two paths of getting project under DeLa Capital support. The first path starts from project's request to DeLa to participate in private fundraising. In that case, we schedule a call or meeting with founders at first and then project provides all the necessary information directly to our analytics department.

The second path starts from our interest. When we see potentially promising project or "gem" we contact team directly and ask about investment and cooperation possibilities. In the meantime, analytics department prepares detailed review about the project.

One thing remains unchanged. We select only the best projects with full information base, clear tokenomics, experienced and opened team. You as investor can be sure that regardless of whether the project found us or we found it, full and complete research was done.

❓Why should I trust you? You can take my money and fool me.

💬 Of course, if we were deceivers we would just take your money and hide away. But it's profitable neither from strategic nor from income side.

❓Why do I need to pay the pool fee?

💬 The pool fee is a standard fee for entering fundraising with fund. This is a payment for conditions (research and analytics, personal cabinet, tokens distribution) that are provided to investor to make his investment process as comfortable as it can be.

DeLa Capital set up 15% fee that is market average. So if you invest $1000 you will have to pay $1150.
