You should know the most useful terms and words to fully understand fundraising process. Below we wrote the most important of them and those which we use in our reviews and announcements every time.

Our deal - a round in which DeLa Capital participates and its conditions for the contributions and distribution of tokens. Example:
✔️Our deal: Private, TGE 0% + 3 months cliff + 10 months linear vesting
Hard Cap - the maximum amount of contributions (total raise in $) in the round (everyone who contributed more will be refunded). Min/Max - the minimum and maximum amount that an investor can deposit.
FCFS round - First Come First Served. A round without a queue, those who managed to deposit the amount before the close of the round get into.
TGE (token generation event) - the moment of the first token appearing. Usually coincides with the listing. The time of getting the first part of the purchased tokens.
Cliff - period during which tokens are not provided (pause in the schedule).
Unlock - schedule for receiving the remaining amount of tokens. Often monthly linear - investors receive tokens evenly over a certain number of months.
Vesting - a total schedule for receiving tokens. Consists of TGE + cliff (if any) + unlock.
Listing - the moment the token appears on the DEX/exchange. Start of trading.
CEXs/DEXs - centralized exchanges (Binance, Gate, Huobi) and decentralized exchangers (PancakeSwap, SushiSwap, Raydium).
TIER-1/TOP - rank of leading exchanges, launchpads, influencers, etc
Whitepaper/Lightpaper/PitchDeck - documents with a detailed description of the project.
Tokenomics - token economics. The project clearly demonstrates where and in what quantity the tokens will be used (sales, marketing, team, advisors…)
