DAO Basics Course Review by Continuum
Hey, here we are again after a short break.
And today our topic of study will be the DAO Basics course.
A quick tour: what is DAO? Let me explain: DAOs - (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) are online organizations that are jointly owned and operated by its members. DAOs allow users to create social organizations without knowing the other participants personally, set rules and make decisions autonomously through voting on a blockchain.
I think it's clear to everyone, now let's get started!
The main part:
1) The course greets us with friendly, pleasant pictures, which we call Shorts. You can find this course easily in the mobile app Continuum - Discover - Courses - Search (DAO Basics).
2) In the course itself we can observe 6 Shorts, in each of which there are 9 training "slides". All written in an accessible / understandable way, so the difficulty of learning the material should not arise. (But if, suddenly, somehow you have questions, you can always ask them on Discord in the "general" branch, where I will be happy to answer them!)
3) As it should be - for each passed block we'll get: new knowledge (where without it?) + GEM and XP, which are displayed in your account in the "Dashboard" tab at the top line.
First, a full understanding of what DAO is, how DAO works, how I can join DAO, and more.
Secondly, an awareness of how challenging this process can be, but at the same time very exciting.
And of course, I was rewarded with: 160 GEM, 1.1K XP, and NFT (yes, yes, you didn't think so, but I was so pleased!)
Bottom line:
After taking the time to learn and study the material, I became even more experienced and attentive to new directions in blockchain. Did I enjoy it? - Of course I did. Will I continue to take and study courses from Continuum? - I will, and I advise you to do the same!
