Rules for using hosting (English)

Full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (acceptance) is considered to be the Client's payment for the Contractor's services.

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules govern the use of the hosting services provided by DHOSTING. By accepting the terms of these Rules, the User undertakes to comply with their requirements.

1.2. The Service Provider has the right to change these Rules unilaterally. The changes will take effect from the moment they are published.

2. User's rights and obligations

2.1. The User undertakes to use the hosting services in accordance with the applicable legislation.

2.2. The User does not have the right:

Distribute viruses, malware, spam, or other prohibited materials.
Violate intellectual property rights, post content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.
Use hosting resources to carry out attacks on other servers, sites, and services.
Violate the rules and procedures for working with server equipment, including access via SSH or FTP.

2.3. The User is obliged to:

Create regular backups of your data.
Ensure the security of your credentials (logins, passwords) and do not transfer them to third parties.

3. User's rights and obligations

3.1. The hosting provider is not responsible for:

Loss or corruption of user data.
Losses caused by the suspension or termination of the provision of services due to the user's fault.

3.2. The User is solely responsible for the posted content and its compliance with the law.

4. Termination of the provision of services

4.1. The Hosting provider has the right to suspend or completely terminate the provision of services in the following cases::

Violation by the user of the terms of these Rules.
The use of hosting for illegal activities or actions that violate the rights of third parties.
Non-payment of services on time.

5. Privacy policy

5.1. The Hosting provider undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the user's data and not disclose it to third parties without the user's consent, except in cases provided for by law.

6. Refund of funds

6.1 After funds are credited to the account, DHOSTING does not refund the funds.

6.2 A refund is made if the customer does not receive the service or receives, but not in full.

7. Final provisions

7.1. All disputes arising from the use of hosting services are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current server terms of use.

7.2. In case of violation of the terms of these Rules, the Hosting Provider has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement with the user.
