Case 1. Damaged Trailer or container
Dispatcher creates Request trip support with the load id and phone number!
ROC: Hi, my name is Adam, I'm calling back on the load id ...XMSS bla bla bla.... Are you driver or dispatcher?
Dispatcher: Hi, sir! I'm a dispatcher! My driver checked in and found the trailer but trailer's break system (or other reason) is damaged! So, could you please check if there is other trailer or not?
ROC: I'll check another trailer available, otherways you are going to wait until departure time.
Dispatcher: Ok, We'll wait until departure time.
Driver waits until departure time. If there are no other empty trailers available, dispatcher creates another Request trip support with load id and phone number!
ROC: Hi my name Nick. I'm calling on the load ... XMSS. So how can I assist you?
Dispatcher: Hi, sir! We talked to your coworker about the case and waited till departure time. There are no other empty trailers awailable. Could you help us to cancel the load?
