This Privacy Policy applies to the "Умная Камера" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed and maintained by Yerazh (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
The Application is provided free of charge through Google Play and is intended for use as is.
The Application is designed to recognize and classify objects in the surrounding environment using a mobile device's camera, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Application uses device permissions, processes camera images, and how certain technical information may be collected, used, and shared by integrated third-party advertising and analytics services.
1. Independent Application Disclaimer
The Application is an independent mobile application developed and maintained by Yerazh.
The Application is not an official product of, and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or authorized by any third-party company, organization, or technology provider unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Application uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision technologies to analyze camera images and recognize objects. The use of these technologies and related software libraries does not imply any official partnership, affiliation, or endorsement by their respective developers or technology providers.
Any third-party names, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property referenced within the Application remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for legitimate informational or identification purposes.
Object recognition results are generated automatically using artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. The Application is intended for general informational and educational purposes. The Service Provider does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of recognition results.
2. Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require users to register, create an account, or provide their name, phone number, email address, or postal address.
The Application's core object recognition functionality operates locally on the user's mobile device.
When using the Application, integrated third-party advertising and analytics services may automatically collect and process certain technical information, including:
- The device's Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- Google Advertising ID (GAID), when available;
- Google App Set ID, when available;
- Device model, operating system version, and other technical device information;
- Network connection information;
- Application installation and launch information;
- Application usage information and interaction events;
- Advertising impressions and interactions with advertisements;
- Application installation source and attribution information;
- Approximate geographic region inferred from the device's IP address.
The categories of information processed may vary depending on third-party SDK configurations, device settings, identifier availability, and applicable privacy requirements.
This information may be used to display advertisements, personalize advertising where permitted, measure advertising performance, analyze Application usage, attribute installations, and prevent advertising fraud.
The Service Provider does not use camera images or object recognition results for advertising personalization or transmit them to third-party advertising or analytics services.
3. Camera Access and Image Processing
The Application requires access to the device's camera to provide its primary object recognition functionality.
Camera access is used exclusively to capture and analyze video frames for identifying objects in the surrounding environment.
All camera images and video frames are processed locally on the user's device using computer vision and machine learning technologies, including MediaPipe.
Camera images, video frames, and object recognition results are not uploaded, transmitted, or shared with external servers, the Service Provider, or third-party services.
The Application does not transmit camera images to Yandex Mobile Ads, MyTracker, or other advertising and analytics services.
The Application does not create a cloud-based photo library and does not request access to the user's stored photos or other media files.
Users can revoke camera access at any time through their device settings. Disabling camera access may prevent the Application's object recognition functionality from working.
4. Application Permissions
The Application uses certain device permissions to provide its functionality and support integrated advertising and analytics services.
- Camera Access: Required to capture and analyze images for object recognition.
- Internet Access: Used to load advertisements and enable third-party advertising and analytics services.
- Network Connection Information: Used to determine the availability and status of the device's network connection.

The Application does not request access to the device's precise or approximate location through Android location services.
The Application also does not request permission to access contacts, SMS messages, the microphone, phone calls, or the user's stored photos and media library.
5. Location Information
The Application does not request access to the device's location services and does not collect GPS coordinates through its own application code.
However, integrated third-party advertising and analytics services may process the device's IP address, which can be used to estimate the user's approximate geographic region.
Such information may be used to deliver geographically relevant advertisements, perform analytics, and measure advertising campaign effectiveness.
Estimating an approximate geographic region from an IP address does not require the Application to access the device's precise GPS coordinates.
6. Advertising Identifier
The Application integrates third-party advertising and analytics services that may access the Google Advertising ID (GAID), when available and permitted by device settings and applicable privacy requirements.
The advertising identifier may be used for advertisement delivery, advertising performance measurement, campaign attribution, frequency capping, and other permitted advertising purposes.
The MyTracker analytics service may also use Google App Set ID for analytics and attribution in accordance with its data processing practices.
Users can manage available advertising identifier and privacy settings through their Android device settings.
7. Third Party Access
The Application integrates third-party software development kits (SDKs) to display advertisements, analyze Application usage, and measure advertising campaign performance.
Yandex Mobile Ads (Yandex Advertising Network)
Yandex Mobile Ads is used to display advertisements within the Application.
Depending on the SDK configuration and availability of information, this service may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, technical device information, network connection details, advertisement impressions, and interactions with advertisements.
Such information may be used to provide advertising services, personalize advertisements where permitted, measure advertising effectiveness, and prevent fraudulent activity.
MyTracker is used for Application analytics, user acquisition measurement, and advertising campaign attribution.
The service may process advertising and other permitted device identifiers, IP addresses, technical device information, Application installation and launch events, usage events, and installation attribution information.
Certain Google Play Services components are used to provide advertising and application-related identifiers, as well as installation attribution information required by integrated advertising and analytics SDKs.
