Dr. Anthony Amoroso | US Acute Care Solutions | Helpful Hands

Dr. Anthony Amoroso is the founder and owner of Brazos Valley Charting, through which he provides real-time chart transcriptionists to ER providers in Texas.


A resident of College Station, Texas, Dr. Anthony Amoroso practices with US Acute Care Solutions, which maintains critical care health care facilities in both College Station and Bryan. Dr. Anthony Amoroso manages daily operations at a high acuity emergency room that handles as many as 60,000 ER visits annually.

Dr. Amoroso also has more than adecade of experience as an emergency physician with Emergency Service Partners, an Austin headquartered company that maintains a number of rural critical-access hospitals. He practiced in locations including Killeen and Navasota, where he emphasized patient-centered care for those with emergency issues such as trauma, stroke, and heart attack.

Dr. Amoroso completed his BS in chemistry at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth in the mid 1990s and began studies in medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Ultimately earning his MD at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, he completed his medical training through an emergency medicine residency in Detroit. Dr. Anthony Amoroso presently provides ER training to a number of medical students, interns, and military program participants through US Acute Care Solutions.

Based in College Station, Texas, Dr. Anthony Amoroso is an emergency physician with US Acute Care Solutions and practices at a Level II trauma center. Credentialed to work in a number of critical access hospitals in rural Texas, Dr. Anthony Amoroso serves patient needs at an affiliated emergency center in Bryan.

Dr. Amoroso’s responsibilities involve managing a busy location with high ambulance volume, and he also provides residents and rotating medical students with guidance. His entrepreneurial activities extend to serving as founder and owner of Brazos Valley Charting, and he provides ER providers with chart transcriptions in real time.

After attending the Texas Tech Medical School in Lubbock for his first two years of medical studies, Dr. Amoroso completed his MD at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. In the early 2000s, he undertook a three-year residency at the St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit. In his free time, Dr. Anthony Amoroso enjoys activities such as fishing, scuba diving, and family excursions.
