In our team, the HR Specialist plays a key role, overseeing and managing HR processes.

What we value:

  • Participation in building and optimizing HR processes: onboarding, managing leave and business trips, administrative support, and related tasks.
  • Strong skills working with platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, HeadHunter, Calendly, and the ability to design effective hiring workflows.
  • Experience with AI tools in HR is a plus.
  • A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is preferred.
  • English proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written).
  • Experience working in distributed, remote teams.
  • Ability to organize workload independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of responsibility, initiative, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, articulate verbal and written language, ability to build trust and promote a positive company image.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions around the world.
  • Conduct initial and in-depth video interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and motivation.
  • Organize and send test assignments, and analyze results.
  • Request and verify references when needed.
  • Coordinate final interviews between candidates and managers.
  • Contribute to developing, implementing, and monitoring HR processes, including automating routine tasks.
  • Support and develop the corporate culture, employee engagement, and internal events.
  • Handle organizational tasks that support HR department operations.
  • Maintain regular and accurate reporting on work performed.
  • Monitor the job market and propose initiatives to improve hiring and retention.
