Deputy Chief Accountant в AVON

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monthly closing activities as per the US GAAP
Performing and monitoring Balance Sheet Reconciliation;
Participation in the automatization and improvement of accounting processes and procedures, continuous optimization of processes.
RU GAAP changes implementation (e.g. Leasing and Rent contracts)
Local reporting preparation
Supporting the requests from local and external auditors;
Participation in the projects from Accounting side (e.g. online cash collection)

REQUIREMENTS:

Solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping;
Experience in automation would be a strong plus;
Ability to draw up BS & P&L, CF from trial balance;
Experience in managerial reporting and financial reporting;
Experience in IFRS / US GAAP financial statements;
Excellent knowledge of local GAAP and new changes
Higher education (Accounting/ Finance/Mathematics/Technical background);
Strong knowledge of Excel;
High attention to details;
Professional certificate (DipIFR / ACCA / CIMA) would be a plus;
Big4 or International Corporate experience would be a strong advantage;
Russian and English (Intermediate or above)
Experience in the accounting systems (E1, HFM, Costar, Ariba, Concord, Axapta) would be a plus.
Ability to meet strict deadlines in high-pace and dynamic environment;
High level of both personal and professional ethics;
Great interpersonal relations and communication skills to always be on the same page with colleagues, contractors, vendors, and clients;
To be a good team player, but to be able to work separately.
