RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform/monitor monthly management reporting (Hyperion based)
Responsible to deliver “reporting to insights” for topline and margins.
Root cause analysis to understand performance drivers, help business with recommendations.
Able to simulate scenarios/ Analysis of change and models to anticipate business performance.
Lead/ Contribute in specific projects and Other Ad-Hoc analysis to support business needs.
Standardize of monthly dashboards/ reporting, contribution in development of new tools, increase automation of processes and deliver efficiencies.
Stakeholder management: Business partners/ accounting/ global corporate teams, auditors.

Qualifications

Experience of working in FP&A role preferably in international company. 4+ years overall experience)
Ability to analyze, structure large volume data, storytelling and bring new ideas.
Advance MS Excel skills, SAP functionality knowledge, Hyperion/Essbase and Tableau Knowledge is a plus.
Digital Mindset is key for success in this role
Candidate should have result driven, ownership mindset and a Strong team player.
Masters or other equal qualification in Finance
Fluency in English and Russian
