Brand Manager в Avon
Main responsibilities:
- Manage brand or category in accordance with brand KPIs
- Organize products assortment follow by market needs and consumer insights
- Analyze market & external environment to identify risks and opportunities
- Launch new products: demand from Global team, organize pre-launch processes, lead cross-department work on launch preparation
- Manage product assortment organization in-line, track Phase-in / Phase-out by timing, lead the process and control realization
- Bring ideas for Events for launch, in-line, external environment, create launch execution and organize it in real life
- Drive cross department work, cooperate with sales in order to maximize results on launches and events
- Manage on-line presence via landings, homepage, product cards, rich content
Requirements:
- Good marketing knowledge; good project management; good analytical skills, great self-organization, attention to the details, empathy and flexibility; leadership, ownership, team player, nice to have category knowledge.
- Master’s degree (statistics or technical areas)
- English – advanced
- 3 years in marketing, good to have sales or trade marketing experience, great to have category knowledge or work in cosmetic company
