Сотрудник будет выполнять обязанности Финансового аналитика / Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist:

Define the scope and objectives of project realization for PO1 and WBD businesses.
Support for develop a detailed project plan involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical capabilities.
Develop the process optimization plan to automate using IBM TM1 Cognos platform. for both processes of Actual reporting and Planning.
Prepare new design of all the processes (Actual reporting and Planning) with objective to deliver efficiency, validate, align and hold a decision of necessary changes.
Test the new processes/tools/settings/user interface and eliminate all the gaps.
Implement the new automated processes on time and within the agreed scope.
Manage learning process for working with IBM TM1 Cognos for HQ users and RBS Voronezh.
Develop the user experience with visualization tool for IBM TM1 Cognos - Tableau.
Ensure that all project targets are delivered on-time within scope.

Higher Education in Finance / Economics – obligatory.
3-5 years working experience in Finance.
Advanced English and Russian language skills.
Solid knowledge of OPEX structure, planning and analyses processes.
Strong analytics, communication skills and experience of work with large volume of information
Ability to operate at different levels in the organization to deliver/meet the project development targets.
Ability to work with teams from Sector (in CH, DE, PL) and within Russia, and drive all of them to project completion in a successful cooperation.
Ability to handle complexity in changing environment and to execute with excellence under pressure, tough conditions due to limited people resources and time expectations.
Problem solving and intellectually curious with positive and resilient character
