Responsibilities
1. Prepare Industry Benchmarks and Vertical Market Research;
2. Analyze and prepare reports and recommendations about different commercial verticals;
3. Analyze the effectiveness of ad placement, find growth areas and evaluate the potential of key and middle market clients;
4. Build a logical narrative in an analytical presentation for the client and internal users;
5. Make recommendations on the ad strategy and implementation of changes based on the advertiser's business objectives based on data and market knowledge;
6. Organize the collection and delivery of the necessary data from different source, work with TikTok internal tools and Analytic systems;
7. Build the basic report flow for CST team;
8. Identify and standardize typical and routine tasks in order to solve them in the most optimal way.
Qualifications
1. Degree educated or equivalent professional experience;
2. At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and any analyst role;
3. Experience in SQL, have worked with databases;
4. Experiences in visualize and present complicated information;
5. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance;
6. Ability to explain your point of view using data;
7. Ability to solve complex non-standard tasks independently;
8. Python or R package knowledge is a strong plus;
9. Proficient in English and Russian, Chinese is a big plus.
