Commercial Strategy Analyst в Kimberly-Clark
Key Individual Accountabilities
- Develop insights and knowledge with regards to trade investment effectiveness, pricing architecture, prising elasticity, competitors and retailers economics, macroeconomics factors impacting consumer\shopper (BCC category) to support commercial strategy development in line with Country Financial & Brand share objectives.
- Facilitate process of revenue transformation including key aspects of revenue management 1) Strategic pricing, 2) Category expansion, 3) Brand portfolio management, 4) OBPPC optimization, 5) Trade investment and promotion strategy, 6) Distribution, 7) Outlet activation and recommend actions to meet Country budget requirements and Revenue transformation objectives..
- Own pre and post promo event evaluation helping to customer marketing, sales and brand marketing teams to develop promos that maximise return.
- Support brand team in the commercial delivery of their brand’s objectives across different customers and channels, ensuring all customer plans are aligned to the brand’s goals and strategy and manage the execution of this at key milestones in the calendar.

- Joint business planning participation with TOP customers.
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Sales/demand/business analyst experience - at least 2 years.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
- Clear and concise communication skills. Presentation Skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Problem solving skills. Influencing skills.
- English knowledge - Intermediate
