WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You will own end-to-end our onboarding process to optimise our customer experience while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• You will identify market trends and define product vision and strategy
• You will understand customer needs and gather product requirements
• You will work with designers to create amazing user experiences
• You will be responsible for a team of developers and designers
• You will be responsible for KPIs deliveries
• You will take the full responsibility for a customer-facing product and crush competition

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• You have 4-10+ years experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role
• A logical and analytical mind with the ability to solve complex problems by breaking them into simple ones and prioritising them
• Strong empathy for customers and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centred design
• Experience in product management or product design with a focus on backend systems while ensuring optimal user experience, ideally in client onboarding and/or migration
• A strong track record of achievement in building and scaling products and product teams
• Good understanding of customer onboarding process & KYC regulatory requirements a great plus
• Full professional fluency in English
