Job Description

Gett is looking for Senior FP&A Analyst for RU Business Units, a true go-getter to join and lead as a senior position in a highly motivated team

As the senior analyst of the FP&A team you will be responsible for analysing Gett RU’s financial results, periodical reporting of expenses and topline results, creating and up-keeping financial models, bringing insights to the organisation, integrating peers and relevant focal points for reaching desired financial targets, as well as ad-hoc analysis supporting business decision making, and analytics for top management.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for monthly management reports’ preparations and analytics, including analysis of actual results (vs. Budget, latest forecast, and last year’s parallel month).
Partake in Annual Business planning, monthly/quarterly estimate processes
Construct the model, upkeep and prepare routine as well as ad-hoc future-looking estimates.
Consolidating, reconciling and maintaining the purity of historical and estimated financials.
Take part in creating monthly Summary presentations and meetings to senior management.
Prepare financial models to support forecasts and various special projects.
Provide business partnership with key stakeholders.
Present financial overview and key performance indicators.
Lead special projects and ad-hoc assignments.
Improve processes and tools within the team.

Requirements

This is excellent opportunity would suit someone who is:

5+ years of similar experience from a relevant experience in a global high pace environment.
University degree in Economics/Accounting- A Must
MA in Economics/Finance/MBA – An advantage.
Leadership and management background (whether directly or professionally) - An advantage
SQL knowledge – An advantage.
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to independently investigate and explain key variances, trends, and drivers, as well as draw conclusions and determine deficiencies in processes.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English, Spoken/written – Must.
