In this client-facing position, you will:
• Coordinate and integrate operations and technology activities with customers
- Technical Account Management
• Manage Critical and Complex projects from the project initiation to implementation
• Dynamically manage standard projects portfolio
• Organize educational activities

The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Demonstrates success in project management, focused on specific technical aspects of customers accounts and implementing technical solutions
• Participated in cross-functional projects in Country/Region
• Creates and delivers presentations to internal or external stakeholders. Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
• Demonstrates advanced ability in a specific technical area , in addition to general competency across disciplines
• Uses knowledge of industry trends to provide input on customer delivery processes and operational support issues
• Identify areas where resources fall short of needs and provide thoughtful and sustainable solutions to benefit the team
• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
