Key Account manager \ Business development specialist в Alibaba Group


  • Build strong relationships with partners, identify challenges or opportunities, and find ways to deal with them
  • Build and implement growth strategies in collaboration with partners
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives
  • Assist with challenging partners’ requests or issue escalations if needed
  • Support documents flow and provide necessary reports to partners
  • Search of new partners for Lockers business development and negotiating deals with them


  • Experience in e-comm logistics 3+ years (knowledge of lockers business as an advantage) or 2+ years at big-4 companies
  • Very organized, structured and keen on details
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent negotiations skills
