Emailing/Application Marketing Specialist в UNIQLO

Your main responsibilities will include:

Emailing

• Develop a communication plan in direct marketing (news, marketing, transactional, promotional emails);
• Create a content plan for email communication which is regularly sent 5 times a week on average, set tasks to the teams of designers and programmers;
• Set up and monitor trigger emails and communication chains, A/B testing, constant improvement of open rate, CTR, session, CVR and etc.;
• Grow the subscriber database by applying new mechanics to acquire new members, reactivation of the current members, segmentation;
• Working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics) and create reports;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver attractive contents to customers;
• Document work flow.

Web App

• Create a content plan for APP push communication which is regularly sent 5 times a week on average, set tasks to the teams of designers and programmers;
• Assist in preparation of strategies for promoting web applications;
• Set up and monitor trigger push messages and communication chains, A/B testing, constant improvement of open rate, CTR, session, CVR and etc.;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver attractive contents to customers;
• Document work flow.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience preferably acquired in retail or fashion industry;
• Deep understanding of such tools as Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica, experience of their use in analysis of data;
• Perfect knowledge of Russian grammar and stylistics;
• Fluency in English;
• Previous experience with CMS and web-site content management would be a plus;
• Ability to build relationships and work with diverse teams, vendors;
• Interest in fashion and creative design would be an advantage in order to be able to prepare attractive marketing communication.
