Key Responsibilities:

Planning

• Monthly forecast: business portfolios collection and analysis by product group & segment (channel), collaboration with business leaders; full P&L forecast upload to internal consolidation system;

• Weekly forecast: billings and order status updates; collaboration with business leaders / various departments; volume, revenue, margin simulation, data maintenance in online consolidation tool;

• Costs verification and product mix analysis.

Closing (Month-end, Quarter-end)

• Accounting entries reclassifications;

• Accruals processing and requesting (Sales rebates, Marketing);

• Close interaction with Accounting team, verification of posted entries;

Sales rebate management

• Performance tracking on a weekly basis (for weekly reviews with HQ management team);

• Approval of programs and payments within corporate tool;

• Sales rebates tool management – planning, forecast, maintenance of accruals and payments;

• Data preparation for quarterly review meetings with HQ management team.

Other

• 1st level invoices approval;

• Preparation for various business reviews;

• Proactive response to other ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis within the environment of complex multinational organization.

• The right individual should continuously demonstrate ability to establish efficient planning and reporting platforms by utilizing various IT systems available at Lenovo. In addition, it is critical to possess the following skills: fluent English, strong analytical mindset and proactive approach towards any tasks and business situations that might be faced.

IT skills

• Strong experience with MS Excel and MS Power point is a must,

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage,

• Knowledge of Hyperion is a plus.

Education

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
