JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Web

Business Development and Sales

Yearly sales planning, budgeting and execution of E-com project strategy
E-com distributor management support
Marketplaces management basics know-how
Yearly planning, budgeting and execution of CRM and Digital marketing strategies
Analyses and weekly/monthly reports

Operations

Federal delivery service management
Operational front-end and back-end management
Supporting on storage, stickering, goods screening, order picking and packaging, yearly inventory count
Customer service management support (collaborate with care team, online-helpdesk platform knowledge Zendesk is an advantage)

Marketing

Execution of e-com marketing strategy and activities
Monthly initiation and execution of advertising campaigns in the digital segment for E-store awareness, sales, traffic flow and conversion rate growth: SEO, Paid Search, SMM, Retargeting, Market-place, Programmatic, Partnerships and other channels
Ideation and execution of e-com CRM activities:
Email-marketing: trigger and campaign emails is an advantage
Discount and Motivational activities execution
Marketing performance analyses (Google Analytics) adhoc/weekly reports

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS:

e-commerce platform supporting experience. Understanding of different marketing channels specifics web-analytics. Knowledge of website optimization processes, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tool
Experience in CMS; web technologies and digital market
Comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce business, information technology, sales, and operations processes
Experience in setting goals to contractors/agencies and monitoring their execution
Advanced or fluent English
Proficient skills Excel & PPT
Clients accounting skills is an advantage
