International Business Development Manager в dpd

What you will do

• Launching a new business;
• Development of operational solutions for new and existing customers;
• Prepare all necessary paperwork for cooperation (consulting internally with legal, finance, OPS team for the non-standard amendments);
• Coordinate with different departments on lead initiatives;
• Organization and implementation of IT integrations, mapping;
• Use your undivided attention to provide our clients with an appropriate respond via phone, email or mobile communicators (business development questions);
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and to increase sales and cross-sales;
• Monitor customer’s activity, evaluate risks and opportunities, make volume forecasts;
• Organization of integration support.

Requirements

• Fluent English - written and verbal;
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Are not afraid to escalate issues;
• Takes pride in attention to detail;
• Are driven to contact clients proactively by phone or e-mail;
• Very good prioritization and time management skills;
• Relevant experience in a position of account manager or sales manager;
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• E-commerce or logistics experience will be considered an advantage;
• Legal knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Operating conditions

• Employment registration in accordance with the Labor Code of Russian Federation;
