Senior IT Manager в EPAM

Lead an organization of 55+ employees to provide IT support to EPAM users across Belarus
Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Develop and grow new and existing team members
Drive actions to achieve and exceed service KPIs
Proactively identify issues and provide general guidance to resolve service delivery challenges
Monitor regional support trends and pursue continuous improvement in service delivery
Provide governance for projects and initiatives
Manage P&L performance for country IT cost center

Strong sense of ownership and decision-making ability
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to develop, coach, and motivate others
Experience managing multi-level, geographically distributed teams
Experience and functional knowledge of IT Service Management and related best practices. ITIL certification desired
Experience with budget management and financial planning and forecasting
General project management skills
English level B2 or higher
Ability to travel to Minsk, Belarus
