Core Scope of Responsibilities:

Ensuring that the main important projects and operational processes remain on track and that it retains a high level of energy, engagement and visibility
Ensuring that key company’s initiatives and projects are executed on time and with high level of execution
Working closely with the team across Teva Russia, Eurasia, Turley and MEA and across all the company if projects require so
Collaborating with all members of the team to ensure the agreed actions are completed on time
Bringing potential road blocks to the attention of the leader ensuring that the projects remain on track

University degree
5+ years successful work experience in managing and leading strategic projects
Understanding of pharmaceutical market
Demonstrate leadership to engage, enable and execute with the team
Is confident to communicate to different management levels
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Must be flexible, adaptable, and responsive and must be able to adjust quickly to fit with changing conditions.
Strategic thinking – ability to organize affiliate thinking across the organization
A forward thinker - is able to see potential risks and opportunities and guide the team to avoid/access them
Excellent in operational discipline, has strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple elements at multiple stages and to reflect the progress
Fluent English (written and verbal)
