RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the multigenerational strategic roadmap for core Nielsen Technology "C-DAR" modules to ensure business needs are met for both functionality and productivity attainment
Own and manage the Input Operations "IO" relationship with Tech for modules within scope of role
Lead the development effort from concept through requirements, build, testing and deployment by providing direction, prioritization and monitoring of progress at each phase to deliver on time, functional solutions to the business
Oversee development activities, capturing and managing requirements, providing training content and engaging with C-DAR team - Market Enablement, Training, User Acceptance Testing "UAT" as well as Business stakeholders and end users
Determine prioritization of development based on trade off decisions to ensure most impactful ROI for each area of development for the module
Identify mitigation opportunities for productivity gaps through functional capabilities and deployment accelerations
Acts as SPOC for global module engagement of specialized functions in support of C-DAR both within IO (Deployment, Strategy, Client Engagement, Delivery) and outside (Tech, DSci, PL)

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years projects experience with large programs / initiatives or 3 years’ experience with Nielsen products / services /stakeholders or equivalent experience
Formal education or equivalent experience in data science, data analytics, etc
Exceptional communication skills
Strong relationship management and influencing skills with ability to work effectively with Nielsen associates and vendor staff
Ability to work across countries with different stakeholders
Fluent in English
Ability to work through challenges and manage multiple high priority activities concurrently
Experience in market research data collection and/or technology a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to execute
