Research customer’s behavior and business process
Formulate and test hypothesis based on data and observation
Work with developers team to implement changes from proven hypothesis
Work with other product managers, developers, data analysts, data scientists and stakeholders across our different global regions
Define metrics, analyze usage patterns, and solve problems that block us from reaching our goals
Navigate in a fast-paced, fluid environment where the product development and business requirements are rapidly evolving

From your data analytics background we’re expecting that you can:

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and create ongoing reports
Acquire data from different data sources and maintain databases or data systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

2+ years of relevant experience as Data Analyst / Data Scientist with experience in advanced analytics in Excel/SQL/Python/R
Understanding of the product development process and a will to dive into product management. Product management experience is a plus
Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to get things done in high quality
Can-do attitude to challenges and high sense of ownership over your product domain
English proficiency is a must!
