PROFILE
As a Louis Vuitton Digital & E-Commerce Project Leader, you will be acting as the "Store Manager" of the online store, you will be responsible to drive sales online and over the phone in an omni-channel context. You will also be in charge of developing the brand's presence online, as well as leading and developing your team (E-Commerce operational team and Website content coordinator). Passionate about digital, you will drive innovation both online but also in-stores, while managing change and communication within the Louis Vuitton Eastern Europe.
You will be self-driven, have a commercial mind-set, a good understanding of clients' expectations when buying online as well as offline.
Profile requirements:
- University graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce field (ideally fashion), participation in e-commerce start-up would be an advantage
- Knowledge of digital & database marketing
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to details, perfect written and oral communicator in English and Russian
- Passionate for fashion and luxury service
- Valid work permit in Russia or Russian citizenship is required for application due to local country law
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be in charge for publishing of online content to drive e-commerce growth and support local activities :
- Manage translations and upload content to meet publication deadlines
- Analyse traffic and customer insights to best adapt content and eMerchandising
- eMerchandise the site to optimise sales, in line with the guidelines.
- Plan online activities in line with the business priorities
- Drive publication of engaging content on all platforms
- Collaboration with our retail partner to increase the online presence
- Prepare, develop, install, and launch all processes connected to the E-Commerce project, after launch continuously improve the client online experience
- In collaboration with Logistics, IT, Accounting & Merchandising teams insure succesfull launch of E-Commerce project
- Actively partner with Central teams involved in project preparation and follow up
- Run effective SEM and digital campaigns
- Optimise website to improve natural search (SEO)
- Run and manage an effective paid search strategy within budget
- Work closely with the PR & Communication team to align on social media campaigns and advertising. Monitor ROI
- Manage digital operations in an omni-channel context
- Ensure that policies, standards and Louis Vuitton EE procedures are communicated and implemented online (including BOH operations) and at Client Service
- Train e-store staff on online, omni-channel procedures and digital tools (induction, daily moments, in-store training...)
- Provide continuous product & stock management, regularly analyzing sales trends and adopting the stock needs accordingly in partnership with Merchandising team
- Develop effective partnership with Moscow stores to ensure seamless backorders process
- Track & analyse omni-channel sales and offer support to e-store team & Client Service Center team as needed
- Propose and supervise the launch of new delivery options and online services
- Monitor controllable expenses
- Develop clienteling activities for online and CS clients
- Ensure that Web and CS clients are integrated in the country's clienteling activities
- Create a VIC action plan for top clients
- Work closely with the Clienteling team on all e-mailing sent out to clients
- Provide tools and support to Client Service to run successful clienteling activities (cards, gifts, client lists, events...)
- Support Client Service Center activities
- Manage the information flow between Head Office, Stores and Client Service. Ensure Client Service is included in all the initiatives, training or events.
- Implement processes to facilitate information exchanges and unify the client experience
- Drive sales at Client Service
- Develop top clients while maintaining a high level of service.
- Launch new services or initiatives such as social client service or live chats
