Brand strategy & communications Senior Specialist в Kia Motors
Main responsibilities:
· Contribute to development and implementation of Brand strategy
· Organize on regular and ad hoc basis Brand power tracking research, brand funnel & customer insights analysis, ad efficiency monitoring, competitive overviews
· Cross-department monitoring and coordination of brand focused activities
· Planning and implementation of integrated brand campaigns & events
· Manage external suppliers involved in implementation of Brand strategy
· Develop or introduce brand guidelines and monitor compliance
· Control brand-related tangible & intangible assets
· Preparation of internal & external reports
· Reporting to Head of Brand Communications Department
Requirements (skills, knowledge and experience):
- Higher education (preferably in Brand management, Research or Sociology)
- Strong marketing research experience and key research tools knowledge (both qualitative & quantitative)
- Solid experience on Brand Strategy development, brand activities planning and brand communication (not less than 4 years)
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, high level of MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- High skills in creative & communication presentations development
- English - fluent
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
