Responsibilities

• Organization and project management:
• Analysis of current processes,
• Negotiating a contract with a new supplier,
• Drawing up a project plan, involving stakeholders from the business side and suppliers of both the platform itself and the teams responsible for support,
• Technical control over the development, organization of testing, acceptance and transfer to support.

Requirements

• Experience in implementing 1С ЗУП+ДО
• Experience in HR implementation
• Good Communication Skills
• Deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the 1C systems
