Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the ambitious BU FTW Energy & Hype range strategy
  • Sharpen the Reebok brand positioning among young sneaker audience through relevant product, story and distribution across own DTC and partner channels
  • Lead and be responsible for Energy & Hype FTW business efficiency through implementation of key KPIs: NS, Sell-Through, SM%, SM Abs, across all distribution channels: CS, E-COM, FO, WHS.
  • Manage all product related processes (ranging, planning, pricing, launch, sales, late adds process) for Reebok Fashion and Energy drops
  • Lead and own the creation and efficient implementations of the campaigns for Fashion and Energy Collaborations (incl. Sell-Through driving initiatives, Retail Marketing for DTC and WHS channels, VM, Brand Activation, SMM, CRM, PR)
  • Represent BU FTW in all WHS related processes: WHS segmentation alignment within BU, Sell-in preparation, Marketing support of WHS clients calendar preparation and implementation, Day to day support of WHS clients on their questions, In-Season Materials handover (HLD update, content, additional opportunities in product offers)

Experience & Qualifications

  • Street wear fashion and sneaker Industry experience and expertise required;
  • 5+ years of cross functional experience in product management, marketing, sales/retail required;
  • Bachelor in related field required.
